Campos EPC and Campos NACC Construction partnered with Xcel Energy for our latest construction sites in Minneapolis. This EPC project has taken a lot hard of hard work and resilience from all parties involved – and we couldn’t be happier with the results so far. This video shows Phase 1.

Here is some further insight into the project: We completed the project in 7 months from design through commissioning – on 1 LNG plant and 2 propane air plants. Over 140,000 hours worked without a lost-time injury Over 80+ staff and contractors worked on the project

We unveiled our bold new 20th Anniversary logo, celebrated two decades of impact, and watched Marco Campos get branded — literally — with our company logo. A symbol of loyalty, legacy, and love for our people. The Campos Foundation awarded a $5,000 scholarship that night to support the next generation of changemakers. Marco didn’t flinch. Didn’t shout. So he MATCHED the scholarship — because when we say we’re Powered by Heart, we mean it. The recipient, Damian Esparza, is a senior heading to CU Boulder this fall to study mechanical engineering. He also attended our summer bridge program last year. Damian was $9,000 short of being able to attend — and thanks to Marco and the Foundation, that gap was closed. As he stood in the crowd, watching Marco take the brand like a champ, Damian said: “I was praying Marco wouldn’t make a sound for the branding — I really needed this money lol.” This video captures it all.
