Meet The Team
Marco Campos is the Founder and Chief Executive of Campos EPC and its subsidiaries. He has 20+ years of experience working in a variety of engineering, operations and consulting capacities.
He enjoys philanthropy, particularly in support of women and under-represented minorities pursuing STEM related fields. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a licensed Civil Engineer.
He has four children and a Boxer (Larry) that comes to work with him every day. Marco enjoys bringing an entrepreneurial culture to the business and he is always seeking the next venture. Building business and aligning employees/ individuals to the success they bring is his specialty.

Founder and Chief Executive
Robert Sawaya is the Chief Operating Officer at Campos EPC with focus on Integrity Management and Pipeline Design. He has worked for Campos EPC for over 10 years and has over 17 years of experience in the oil and gas pipeline industry working for both engineering firms and operating.
Robert earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Economics and Business as well as his Master of Science degree in Engineering and Technology Management from the Colorado School of Mines. He is also a Certified PMP.
His hobbies include playing basketball and spending time with his wife and three kids.

Ruth Ann is a full-spectrum finance professional with over 20 years of CFO experience. She is also a CPA.
Ruth Ann’s background covers a broad range of industries from public accounting to heavy industries relevant to Campos, such as oil/gas, mining, solar, and clean energy as well as emerging technologies as they erupt markets.
Further, Ruth Ann is experienced in banking/financial services, risk management, and business best practices.
Most recently, she served as CFO at a Denver SAAS software company, as they transitioned from private to the public markets.

Mike Venturini is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience in multiple business segments including energy, retail, manufacturing, staffing, and financial services.
His career includes managing Human Resources, IT, Accounting and Operations. Throughout his career he has focused on building teams that provide outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
Mike earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Rutgers University. His interests include mountain biking, reading, and traveling with family and friends.
Chief Administrative Officer
Jacob Decker is the Chief Controls Officer at Campos EPC with a focus on Estimating and Project Controls for the Energy Sector.
He has worked at Campos EPC for 8 years and has over 19 years of experience in Construction, Project Management, Estimating and Project Controls. Jacob holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
He is an outdoor enthusiast that enjoys building teams and creating the future leaders of tomorrow.
Chief Controls Officer
Anthony Aguilar is the Chief Process Officer for CEPC where he is responsible for the leadership, enhancement and oversight of our Engineering, Project Management, Quality and EPC processes.
With experience in the gas, electric and wet utilities since 2006, he has held increasingly responsible roles in operations management, project & program delivery, project controls and construction management.
Anthony attended California State University, Long Beach and he holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Project Management emphasis and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
In his spare time, he is passionate about music, fitness and traveling with his wife and daughter.

Chief Process Officer
Holly Davies is General Counsel at Campos EPC. Prior to joining Campos EPC, she was in private practice with a focus on construction litigation and contract negotiation, and managed offices in Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico.
Holly serves on the Board of Directors for Women in Construction -West Coast Conference and the Arizona State Bar – Advisory Committee for Construction Defect Specialization and is a past President of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel.
She graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Communications and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona College of Law.
