Elijah Kempton serves as the Group President, Professional Services at Campos EPC. He has over 20 years of technical experience on a wide range of global energy projects.

Prior to joining Campos EPC in 2021, he successfully started 3 new offices with different companies both domestically and abroad. Elijah also worked in London for 6 years and learned to create diverse, high-performance teams and a culture of transparent, collaborative teamwork. He has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from the University of Denver. His hobbies include long-distance running and traveling the world with his family.

R. Chris Barros, P.E., serves as Regional Vice President – East for Campos EPC, where he leads operations across the Eastern United States, partnering with utility, energy, and infrastructure clients to deliver complex engineering, procurement, and construction solutions. With more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry, Chris is recognized for building high-performing teams, driving strategic growth, and delivering innovative solutions across utility infrastructure, natural gas transmission and distribution, and liquefied natural gas (LNG) facilities.

Before joining Campos, Chris served as President and CEO of ODIN, leading a multidisciplinary engineering organization supporting major energy infrastructure projects throughout North America. His career also includes executive leadership roles in energy management, engineering consulting, and utility operations, where he successfully led business growth, operational strategy, and large-scale capital programs for utility, healthcare, government, transportation, and commercial clients.

Chris is a licensed Professional Engineer in more than 25 states and Washington, D.C., and is LEED Accredited. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. His combination of executive leadership, technical expertise, and client-focused approach continues to support Campos EPC’s growth throughout the Eastern Region while helping clients navigate today’s evolving energy landscape.

Mickenzie oversees the West Region at Campos EPC. Since joining Campos in 2020, she held Sr. Project Manager and Regional Director positions prior to her current role. She has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California and has spent her entire career working in utilities/energy with an emphasis on program and project management. Her hobbies include golfing, hot yoga and gardening.

Cory Richins is the VP of Turnkey Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects for Campos EPC. His focus is on providing proper project delivery systems that allow Campos EPC to be focused on client alignment, ethics, performance, compliance, and being schedule driven with employee utilization. Cory has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Spanish and a Master’s in Business Management. Cory enjoys golfing, and skiing, and loves to serve in his community along with his wife and 5 children.

Jacob Decker is the Principal, Estimating at Campos EPC with a focus on Estimating and Project Controls for the Energy Sector.

He has worked at Campos EPC for 8 years and has over 19 years of experience in Construction, Project Management, Estimating and Project Controls. Jacob holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

He is an outdoor enthusiast that enjoys building teams and creating the future leaders of tomorrow.

Paul is the Vice President, EPC Execution at Campos EPC. He is a proven leader recognized for delivering strong customer-focused solutions, managing stakeholder expectations, and building alignment across diverse teams. Known for his strategic mindset, effective communication, and public speaking skills, Paul has successfully fostered trust and collaboration across customers, partners, and internal organizations.

Throughout his career, Paul has driven significant business growth and operational excellence. He led a Gas Growth Initiative that expanded private-sector gas operations by increasing utility crews from 30 to 52 and adding more than 10 gas distribution crews across New England. By leveraging detailed ROI analysis, he aligned customer demand with long-term business objectives, delivering measurable value and sustainable growth.Paul is a seasoned energy infrastructure executive with a proven track record of leading complex, large-scale EPC projects. He has successfully delivered critical utility and energy infrastructure programs, demonstrating strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to safe and reliable execution. A notable career achievement includes leading the successful delivery of the Boston Intermediate Pressure Loop through Boston’s Back Bay, one of the region’s largest gas distribution main expansion projects, highlighting his expertise in managing technically challenging projects in highly complex urban environments.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Paul enjoys creating memorable gatherings for family and friends in his outdoor kitchen, spending time on the golf course, and visiting Boston’s North End, where he enjoys the neighborhood’s unique blend of history, tradition, and culinary excellence.

Ed Overholt is the President of Campos Fabrication and Campos Integrated Solutions. Since joining Campos EPC in 2018, Ed founded and served as Regional Director of the Minneapolis office, where he grew the region to more than 34 employees while expanding its capabilities in pipeline engineering, integrity management, facilities design, liquefied natural gas (LNG), project management office (PMO), peak shaving operations, renewable energy, and EPC services supporting some of the industry’s largest capital projects.

Following his success leading regional operations, Ed was appointed Vice President of Operations for Campos Fabrication, where he helped drive the company’s operational growth and execution. He now serves as President of Campos Fabrication and Campos Integrated Solutions, leading both organizations with a focus on operational excellence, strategic growth, and delivering high-quality solutions for clients across North America.

Ed earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with an Engineering Management certificate. He is a licensed professional engineer (PE) and project management professional (PMP) whose technical expertise and collaborative leadership continue to support the growth and success of Campos Companies.

Roland Trevino serves as President of NACC Construction, where he leads the company’s construction operations, strategic growth, and execution of complex energy infrastructure projects across North America.

In 2020, Roland partnered with Marco Campos to co-found NACC Construction with a shared vision of building a construction company grounded in integrity, operational excellence, and long-term value. Under his leadership, NACC has grown into a trusted construction partner serving the renewable energy, utility, and oil and gas industries while maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and client success.

Before joining Campos, Roland held executive leadership roles with Pacific Gas & Electric and El Paso Pipeline Group, where he led engineering, operations, asset integrity, and maintenance organizations supporting some of the nation’s largest natural gas transmission and distribution systems. He brings more than three decades of experience leading large-scale infrastructure programs and high-performing teams.

Sean Holmes serves as the Vice President of Operations at Campos NACC Construction, bringing with him an impressive two-decade career of pipeline-related experience constructing facilities across the nation. With expertise in construction, safety, QAQC, project management, and estimating, Sean possesses a diverse skill set honed through hands-on experience and a commitment to excellence.

Pipeline is in this man’s blood. As a third generation Pipeliner, his journey began in a family-owned construction business and pipeline fabrication shop, where he cultivated a strong foundation of experiential knowledge that paved the way for his later success.

Throughout his career, Sean has prioritized continual growth, supplementing his expertise with real-world experiences within the pipeline industry, ensuring he remains at the forefront of industry advancements.

Beyond the office, Sean finds joy in outdoor activities like mountain biking, hiking, and hunting. He also enjoys cooking and spending quality time with his wife and two boys.

Drake Myhrman is the Vice President, Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls (EIC), for Campos Fabrication, where he leads the company’s automation, electrical, and controls strategy while driving innovative solutions for clients across North America.

Since joining Campos in 2024, Drake has played a key role in expanding the company’s automation capabilities. He spearheaded the launch of Campos Fabrication’s Minnesota shop, led the rebrand to Campos Integrated Solutions, and helped establish the company’s Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls (EIC) division. His leadership has strengthened automation, electrical, and controls operations across Campos Fabrication’s locations in Minnesota, New Hampshire, and Colorado.

Before joining Campos, Drake spent more than a decade in automation, controls, and industrial technology, building expertise in engineering, technical sales, and business development. His ability to align advanced automation solutions with business objectives has helped clients improve efficiency, scalability, and operational performance across complex industrial environments.

Drake earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and is passionate about advancing automation technologies, developing high-performing teams, and delivering innovative solutions that support the future of critical infrastructure.

Hilary Arocho grew up in a single-parent home, where she learned resilience by helping her father raise her nonverbal autistic brother. As a low-income, first-generation student, Hilary transformed her challenging experiences into a passion for creating pathways to success in STEM for young people and women in underrepresented communities.

She earned a B.S. in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and joined Campos EPC in 2023 with a decade of experience in administration, continuous improvement, and business development within the utility sector. Hilary quickly connected with the Campos Foundation’s mission to introduce STEM opportunities to underserved communities. Her commitment to this cause has been recognized through multiple honors, including leading her office to become the inaugural recipient of the Campos Foundation Award in 2023 and receiving the 2024 Campos Women’s Initiatives Network’s Cultural Champion Award.

Driven by the desire to be the resource she needed growing up, Hilary is deeply committed to advocating for underrepresented communities. Her personal journey, combined with her educational and professional experiences, has uniquely positioned her to make the lasting impact she has always aspired to achieve. Matt Campano oversees business operations as Group President of Campos EPC and President of Campos Energy.

Since joining Campos EPC in 2020, Campano served as Director of EPC and Vice President of Eastern Region Operations prior to ascending to his current role. During that time, he grew the Eastern Region through the opening of four new regional offices in Tampa, Baton Rouge, Charlotte, and Amherst. In 2021, he co-founded Campos Fabrication, helping establish the company as a trusted code fabrication shop. Today, he also leads Campos Energy, advancing the development and investment of critical energy infrastructure projects across North America. He has decades of senior executive leadership experience and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Utility Contractors of New England.

Morgan supports project development, investment evaluation, and execution strategy across Campos Energy’s portfolio of infrastructure opportunities. Working closely with developers, utilities, lenders, and internal project teams, she helps advance projects through planning, technical evaluation, commercial structuring, and delivery.

Morgan is an experienced energy professional with a strong track record in utility-scale project execution and specializes in managing complex, cross-functional energy and sustainability initiatives from concept through commissioning. Leveraging the expertise of the OneCampos platform, Morgan plays a key role in aligning technical execution, project development, and stakeholder engagement to support successful project outcomes.
