Marco Campos, P.E., is the Founder, Executive Chairman, and Chief Culture Officer of Campos Companies, a family of businesses delivering engineering, construction, fabrication, staffing, consulting, digital transformation, and energy investment solutions across North America. Since founding Campos EPC from his basement in 2005, Marco has grown the organization into a leading energy infrastructure platform built on innovation, entrepreneurship, and an unwavering belief that people are every company’s greatest asset.

A Denver native and first-generation college graduate, Marco learned the values of hard work, integrity, and entrepreneurship from his grandfather, a self-employed welder, before earning his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. Those early lessons continue to shape Campos today—where bold ideas, relentless execution, and a people-first culture are at the heart of every decision. Marco is known for challenging conventional thinking, encouraging entrepreneurial leadership at every level, and inspiring employees to grow alongside the company they help build.

While Campos Companies continues to expand across North America, Marco considers the Campos Foundation to be his most meaningful legacy. Founded to create opportunities for underrepresented minority and female students pursuing STEM careers, the Foundation now impacts more than 18,000 students annually through SmartLabs, scholarships, internships, summer bridge programs, mentorship, and university partnerships. As the Official STEM Education Partner of the Denver Broncos, the Foundation reflects Marco’s belief that success is measured not only by what a company builds, but by the lives it changes. For Marco, investing in the next generation of innovators isn’t a corporate initiative—it’s the purpose behind everything Campos strives to achieve.

Outside the office, Marco is a proud father of four and is rarely seen without Larry, his Boxer and well-known office companion, who has become a beloved member of the Campos family. Whether launching a new venture, mentoring future leaders, or inspiring students to pursue careers in STEM—including recent speaking engagements at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)—Marco continues to lead with the same entrepreneurial spirit that started Campos over two decades ago. He believes the future runs on what we build—but the greatest thing we can build is opportunity for others.

Robert Sawaya is the Chief Executive Officer at Campos Companies. He has worked for Campos for over 15 years and has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas pipeline industry working for both engineering firms and operating.

Robert earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Economics and Business as well as his Master of Science degree in Engineering and Technology Management from the Colorado School of Mines. He is also a Certified PMP.

His hobbies include playing basketball and spending time with his wife and three kids.

Mike Venturini is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience in multiple business segments including energy, retail, manufacturing, staffing, and financial services.

His career includes managing Human Resources, IT, Accounting and Operations. Throughout his career he has focused on building teams that provide outstanding service to both internal and external customers.

Mike earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Rutgers University. His interests include mountain biking, reading, and traveling with family and friends.

Holly Davies serves as Chief Legal Counsel for Campos Holding Company, LLC, where she provides strategic legal guidance across the Campos family of companies. She partners with executive leadership on corporate governance, risk management, commercial transactions, compliance, and complex legal matters, helping support the company’s continued growth while protecting its people, clients, and business interests.

Before joining Campos, Holly spent nearly two decades as a partner at Lorber, Greenfield & Polito, LLP, where she focused on construction litigation and contract negotiation while managing offices in Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico. Her extensive legal experience and practical approach have made her a trusted advisor in the engineering, construction, and infrastructure industries.

Holly serves on the Board of Directors for the Women in Construction – West Coast Conference and the Arizona State Bar Advisory Committee for Construction Defect Specialization. She is also a past President of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel and leads WIN (Women’s Initiative Network), Campos’ employee resource group dedicated to empowering and connecting women across the organization.

Holly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Notre Dame and her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona College of Law.

Brian is the Chief Financial Officer for Campos Companies.

Brian brings extensive experience in strategic financial planning, operational leadership, and corporate governance. With a strong background in guiding companies through IPO and SPAC transitions, Brian has consistently aligned financial strategy with business goals to drive growth and efficiency.

Throughout his career, Brian has led financial transformations, optimized internal systems, and built high-performing teams that deliver measurable impact. Their expertise spans regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and business expansion, making him a valuable addition to our leadership team.
